3 -No advertising of other rooms. Send the person a note or have them /whois you. The only other chatrooms allowed to be promoted are the ones sponsored by #TheEmoPalace. The list is on the top of this page.

4 -When you enter you will have the choice to be premoted to the rank of Emos Goths Punks Musiclovers or Happypeople. Any other rank promotions will be given if you deserve it. Don't ask.. Seriously.

5 -Try not to swear excessively. If you must say it, than say it, but don't go out of your way to be profane for fuck's sake

6 -No flaming or unnecessary insulting. If they don't think its funny then don't call them that. If we see anyone using killing or stabbing emotes, we are going to warn you, then kick you!


7 -No discrimination or insulting because of sex, age, race, religion, family status, national origin, military status, disability, et cetera.

8 -No atention whoreing. we dont need to hear about your self mudalation or anything else which will unessesarily draw atention to yourself. this has been recently updated to include calling yourself a vampire or other ridiculous supernatural being.

9 -No excessive flirting. We do not tolerate chat whores
